This is amazing. I love the way the paper contributes to the feeling of the drawing. It reminds me of this exhibit I saw of Hans Holbein portraits of Henry VIII's court, owned by Queen Elizabeth. They were in pencil, much like this, but had all the immediacy of photographs, long before the invention of photography.
