thanks for asking rick. I do sell sketches, along with other original work, when I get a request for it. But most of the time, my sketches are done inside the pages of my sketchbooks, often layered with multiple drawings/notes and they are almost always double sided pieces. All of the Raven sketches were done in books, and two of the three original Raven pieces (final pieces) are now in a private collection. The one that is not yet sold is the first charcoal piece that has the raven sitting among the trees. So unless I gave away my sketchbook, there isn't a good way for me to sell sketches out of it. There is one option, however, of making a giclee print of a sketch from the books, which is possible.
Do you sell your sketches? I am particularly interested in your Ravens. (Although I know you are creating one as a gift for a friend.)
