Wow, this is beautiufl. What is the size? When you do a charcoal drawing like this, do you spray with a fixitive? Do you frame it right away to preserve it? Again... this is beautiful.
thanks nancy :) this is 11" x 14", and yes, I spray fix it right away. For now I just keep all of my drawings in a pile until I can get some kind of flat file storage, but a couple of the things I like a lot get frames, usually the paintings. I consider most of my work as practice stuff, so I'm not too worried about the archival qualities, and even if it does break down under the 100 year mark, I hope to be doing better work in the future, so I'm not too worried about it.
