I still check in every now and then Ester. I'm always amazed at your diligence in creating new art everyday. I hope business is good and you are on your way to finding a market for your work.
These are all terrific and the top image almost has a collage feel to it. I enjoyed your previous post as well. Seems like you're going through a sort of artistic transformation perhaps. Change can be good!
I'm just now getting back and checking on blogs. yours is one of the first ones. I find your drawings, insights and struggles inspiring. I also like the middle image.
something soulful about these three, ester. the first is especially intriguing, is there a title? i love the quality within the skull drawing - they're all excellent.
no particular title for that top image. Like most of my work, it kind of just unfolded by itself, and in the end I looked at it and was a little surprised that there was some narrative concept to it. If I had to title it, I'd say "present". It reminds me that the present moment is all we really have in our grasp.
Wow! The middle image is terrific.
ReplyDeletethanks sail!

ReplyDeleteI really like the one in the middle.

Yum, love the bottom two.
ReplyDeleteSome really cool pictures. I like the one you picked for your profile. To me, I see a combination of the previous paintings in Light and Dark.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, super cool. Keep up the great work.
