Memorial Day Weekend

a weekend full of beautiful gardens, old treasures found new at an antique sale, and great food and family. I drew some of the garden and watercolored this fun flower. It had a huge vermilion explosion at the end of a long green tube. The greenery was the most fun for drawing this weekend with the curving shapes and twists into each other.
