book reconstructed

I made a new journal/sketchbook today out of an old book. Cutting out the block of paper inside, I inserted my own clean block of drawing papers, already perfect-bound and ready to use. I left plenty of room in the spine for sketchbook growth too, because they tend to bulge in the end.
